As the company continues to experience exponential growth, we require the FP&A Manager to hold a pivotal role in driving business transformation and a commitment to achieving a higher level of excellence.
This role is 100% remote and reports directly to the VP of Finance, with responsibility for managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, tracking performance against targets, and contributing to strategic initiatives such as M&A and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Senior Leaders to manage and own the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecast cycles, ensuring a robust and timely outcome.
- Work with the data analytics team to establish a robust forecasting process and revenue and cost models.
- Integrate the annual planning process for business as usual, new projects, and capital investment analysis.
- Assist in the establishment of business wide OKRs and monthly performance tracking.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial and operational reporting and analysis (which includes performance analysis).
- As a Finance Business partner, you will provide timely financial and business management insights.
- Providing business case analysis for new projects or strategic initiatives, including growth, profitability, expenditure and capital investment decision support.
- Industry and competitor analysis and reporting
- Assist with special projects including modelling M&A opportunities, new market entries, and investor relations.
- Continuous Improvement, Safety and Compliance
- CPA/CA qualified and have extensive management reporting experience ideally gained in scale-up organisation.
- Extensive budgeting and forecasting experience, including partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail, and a positive driver for change.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong technical capabilities in working with large and complex data sets (financial and non-financial), ideally drawn from e-commerce or similar data-intensive industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operate independently and meet deadlines.
