Join our team as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to fuel informed decisions and drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will involve:

• Designing, working with developers, maintaining, and enhancing our Financial Planning system SAP Analytics Cloud
• Working with business users, finance teams, and IT teams to understand the requirements, specifications, and data sources for Financial Planning and reporting
• Performing system testing, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and usability of the Financial Planning systems and tools
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance and functionality of the Financial Planning systems and tools and recommending enhancements and improvements as needed
• Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Financial Planning and Analysis including predictive Planning and AI opportunities

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree coupled with significant experience in finance and Financial Planning systems
• Minimum three years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably with exposure to financial systems and tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC or others
• Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting processes, and financial modelling techniques
• Proficiency in data modelling, transformation, and visualization
• Outstanding communication skills, adept at collaborating across various business teams and influencing decision-making processes
