About the role:
Reporting to our Rates and Finance Coordinator’s, the position will be split across the two teams. Initially based within the Rates team for at least the first 3 months, it will then swing to the Finance team for the subsequent period. Primarily required to generally assist as directed in the teams during periods of need for additional staff resourcing, duties will include written and personal contact with City customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the below competencies:
- Good knowledge of general administrative procedures and practices.
- Well-developed computer and Microsoft software skills.
- High level of numeracy, clerical and bookkeeping skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old.
