About the company

As an experienced Sprinkler Fitter your key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out testing of all wet and dry Fire Systems in accordance with AS1851-2012.
- Perform Integrity Testing;
- Performing on site emergencies. Proven field service experience, ability to Troubleshoot, Test and Repair;
- Identifying Issues and Non-Conformances;
- Quote New Jobs and Rectification work;
- Preparing accurate and timely onsite service sheets and reports.
- A sound Knowledge of Australian Standards and codes relevant to the fire industry
- Suitable experience in installation, service and testing of Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Hose Reel, Pumps and Pump Sets and Special Hazard systems.
- Strong ability in fault diagnosis and solving issues on site
- The ability to read/ interpret plans
- A current Trade Qualification (Fire Protection Scope - Hydrants and Pump Sets, Sprinkler & Suppression Systems)
- A current Qualified Persons Extinguishing Agent Handling Licence and fitter/plumbing license.
