First Aid Servicing Representative

Location: Geelong
Remuneration: $51,000 to $56,000 (plus 11% superannuation) plus incentives & company car or car allowance
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration: Continuing appointment

St John Ambulance (Vic) has been saving lives and delivering care and compassion throughout Victoria for 140 years. Our volunteers and our staff are the lifeblood of everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a First Aid Servicing Representative to ensure clients requirements are met through sales and servicing of First Aid Kits.

The Opportunity

The Health Training and Product team are an integral part of St John Ambulance, playing a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients across Victoria with this role focusing on the Geelong region.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for our valued First Aid servicing clients
• Develop sales opportunities
• Meet targets
• Provide exceptional service
• Service the Geelong territory clients
• Identify broader sales opportunities in our Commerical offerings, including training, products and defibrillators

Your experience

• Demonstrated sales and client relationship building experience
• Customer service focused
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience using iPad or other technology based system for processing orders and customer details
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Drivers licence with clean driving record
