First Nations – Jobs in Hospitality
Ventia are seeking First Nations Australians for multiple Hospitality and Catering positions based in metro and regional Victoria.
In line with our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) we focus on the following areas:

The types of roles we are recruiting include the following:
- Dining Room Attendants & Bar Persons
- Kitchen Hands
- Hospitality Traineeships
- Cooks and Chefs
- Cleaners
Responsibilities in the role might include:
- Delivering meals
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Bar service
- Clearing glasses and filling stock
- Cash/EFTPOS handling
- Retail Assistant
- Cleaning
- Preparing Meals
Skills and Experience
- RSA Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding work environment
- Barista skills preferred but not essential, just the willingness to learn
- Display a positive attitude and approach to working as part of a team
- Drivers licence and own transport is preferred
- A medical including drug and alcohol screen and a criminal history check will be conducted before employment
