This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of retail store fit-Out Projects, working collaboratively with a talented team to bring our brand vision to life.
This role is based at our Support Office working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in offices. There maybe travel required to our stores too.
About the role:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, design, and execution of retail store fit-Out Projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams, external contractors, architects, and designers to ensure seamless project coordination and successful delivery.
Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure projects are completed within defined parameters.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed quality expectations.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Communication: Foster open communication channels among cross-functional teams, providing regular project updates, status reports, and addressing any issues that arise.
Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
Health and Safety: Ensure all aspects of the project comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
About your experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail store fit-Out Projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of retail design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- SAP experience/ Microsoft office suite.
- Sound working knowledge of BCA/NCC.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
