Description
In this role you will:
- Be highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
- Flexible, patient and have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Being able to manage expectations and priorities and communicate with relevant team members.

- Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of commercial contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, or partners.
- Provide accurate and detailed volume and other information to the Finance team to raise invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Receive reports and review - file cleansing and formatting if necessary.
- Analysis of monthly reporting variances and identification of errors or anomalies to follow up with licensees.
Skills & experience:
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role is a must.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable attitude
- Highly organised and detail orientated.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to always maintain positive and professional.
Profile
The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism.
