Job description

As Office Administrator you are a pivotal part of the business in ensuring the smooth running of the office. This opportunity will suit a junior Office Administrator or coordinator looking to take a step up in responsibilities.

Description

In this role you will:

  • Be highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
  • Flexible, patient and have the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Being able to manage expectations and priorities and communicate with relevant team members.
  • Be a strong team player that can be part of a strong culture.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of commercial contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, or partners.
  • Provide accurate and detailed volume and other information to the Finance team to raise invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Receive reports and review - file cleansing and formatting if necessary.
  • Analysis of monthly reporting variances and identification of errors or anomalies to follow up with licensees.

Skills & experience:

  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role is a must.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable attitude
  • Highly organised and detail orientated.
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to always maintain positive and professional.

Profile

The successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. A high standard of attention to detail and time management skills are imperative along with the ability to provide a high level of professionalism.
