Fixed Operations Manager

New Town Toyota is growing and we’re looking for someone to grow with us.

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the Parts, Service, Pre-Delivery and Mining departments in tandem with the department managers.

This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary package; base, commissions, plus access to a company vehicle and fuel card.

How you will make an impact: 

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Parts, Service, and Pre-Delivery and Mining department managers
• Evaluating monthly results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to support change
• Overall financial management for the departments, including driving each team to achieve sales budgets and Customer Experience targets
• Ensuring the compliance of quality and safety procedures is embedded across the team
• Evaluating end-to-end delivery to ensure it meets compliance and governance standards such as ISO 9001 Quality Assurance
• Contribute to the business strategy, vision, mission, and values
• Collaborate with other managers to deliver on business goals

What we're looking for: 

• Previous Parts and Service management experience within the automotive industry
• Driven with a positive attitude and ability to connect with a wide range of internal and external customers
• Customer-focused can-do approach to ensure the Customer experience is optimal
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong financial management and data analysis skills
• Current WA Manual Driver's License
• Good understanding of legislative requirements for the industry
• Tertiary Business Management qualification(s) would be advantageous
