We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed Operations Manager at our Toyota dealership. The position is permanent full time, reporting to our Dealer Principal. As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our service and parts departments.

About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed Operations Manager at our Toyota dealership. The position is permanent full time, reporting to our Dealer Principal. As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our service and parts departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service and parts departments, overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Hands-on management of our team of service technicians, advisors and parts interpreters.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and GSI is achieved.
- Monitor service and parts department performance, efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance.
- Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained.
- Ensure compliance with the Toyota brand standards.
Skills & Experience
- Proven dealership management, leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Extensive understanding of service department operations.
- Proven ability to meet budgets and KPIs.
- Ability to expertly navigate dealer computer software and business systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Toyota experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
