We are currently seeking applications from highly skilled and safety focused Flange Management Supervisors with strong shutdown experience to join our team located on Curtis Island, Gladstone.
About you
Key accountabilities for this role are as follows:
- Lead and adhere to HSE policies and procedures and contribute to and promote our HSE Management Plan
- Ensure self and team follow permit to work policies, procedures and work practices
- Be actively involved in the development, review and approval of task specific JHA’s and ensure that field task risk assessments are completed to a high standard
- Planning of work scope equipment and mobilisation
- Flange Management tracking during shutdown execution utilising Flange Management software
- Creation of Flange Management Work Instructions and completion sheets
- Assist in developing our Special Mechanical blue-collar workforce
