The Exciting Opportunity
We have a fantastic entry level opportunity for a Fleet Controller to join our team based at our Support Office in Truganina.
Reporting to the Transport Manager and in conjunction with a transport team, you will be responsible for the daily planning, allocating, coordinating and monitoring of transport resources.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with company Health and Safety polices and procedures.
- Ensuring the efficient scheduling of local pick up and deliveries within Melbourne metro areas and occasionally Victorian reginal.
- Ensuring all transport operations are booked and managed, in line with customer requirements
- Maintaining reporting documentation and KPI's
- Ensuring all loads are accurately entered, timely recorded and captured in the K&S Freighters Transport Management System.
- Liaising directly with drivers regarding any pick-up or delivery difficulties or other operational problems
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients
Your Skills & Knowledge
- Previous transport experience preferred but not essential
- Great communication skills
- Hungry to learn about the transportation industry
- Computer savvy - Data entry, computer literacy, Microsoft Excell
- Strong attention to safety
- Team player
