About us
Joyce Krane is a national supplier of quality crane and logistical services to the Oil & Gas, Mining and Renewable Energy Industries and are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to support their Pilbara operations. Western Australian depots include Karratha, Onslow and Perth.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation of equipment and personnel to ensure each job meets the client specification and safety standards.
- Allocated work is carried out on time and in budget.
- Provide estimates to clients in requested timeframes.
- Ensure scheduling and personnel system data is accurate and up to date.
- Contributing to relevant projects/shutdowns and their implementation.
- Meeting and exceeding customer service level requirements.
- Recommending process and/or system innovations to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications & experience
- Practical experience providing lifting and rigging services within the crane industry.
- A strong customer service focus and commitment.
- Experience within the Oil and Gas, Construction and Mining industries.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
- Experience of coordinating personnel and equipment in a quality controlled service environment.
- Maximise the utilisation of company equipment and personnel.
- Ability to input information into software systems in conjunction with customer interactions.
- A strong ability to solve problems and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong written skills.
- Sound general administrative skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team to deliver outcomes.
