The Fleet and Administration Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating our staff's access to necessary assets and facilities, ensuring efficient and safe work environments. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the availability of fleet vehicles for operational staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of ermha365 sites to support daily operations, while providing support to the administration function of our Dandenong South Head Office.
The role entails:
- Coordinate the fleet of vehicles, including arranging maintenance, cleaning and scheduled servicing to ensure vehicles are available for staff to carry out their duties
- Facilitate the process for repairs and insurance claims as a result of accidents or incidents
- Generate reports to assist the finance team in accurately claiming kilometres and monitor vehicle usage to make appropriate recommendations regarding fleet size and requirements
- Assist with the coordination of facility central services such as security, cleaning, waste disposal and parking, as well as the allocation and collection of IT assets
- Provide backup to reception. This includes responding to all enquiries that originate by telephone, email, mail, ermha365's website and assisting visitors and staff when main receptionist is attending to other duties, during breaks and leave
