Fleet Maintenance Strategy Specialist
to join their Maintenance Management team! Urban Utilities Fleet includes light passenger vehicles, commercial, utility and heavy vehicles and plant such as excavators and trailers with an annual investment between $4 to 5M. Multiple business units across the organisation have fleet needs and the organisation strategic goals set our current and future requirements for fleet make up, performance and cost. The Fleet Management Strategy Specialist is responsible for understanding business requirements and developing the enterprise Fleet strategy to achieve overarching business goals. The Management Strategy Specialist will provide subject matter expertise on fleet policy, asset management planning, improvement planning, vehicle specification and electric transition planning. About you: Tertiary qualification in business, logistics or relevant field. (preferred) Fleet Management Certificate or equivalent. (preferred) Extensive experience in fleet management in a complex organisation, including understanding of relevant policies and procedures, and legislative requirements. (> 5 years) Experiencing developing fleet strategy to achieve multiple business goals and measuring performance outcomes against the strategic plan. At UU, we celebrate diversity.
