We are seeking a highly motivated person for a Tyre Fleet Monitor role at our Michelin-accredited truck tyre retreading factory in Kewdale, WA.

Black Rubber is a leading tyre supply & service organisation focused on the provision of efficient & safe tyre management services through its national network of Black Rubber and Tyreright branded stores. We are a member of the National Tyre & Wheel Group (NTAW), Australasia’s largest tyre, wheel, and accessory wholesaler.
Roles/responsibilities
- Monitoring the performance of Tyres supplied to fleets and customers.
- Ensuring that accurate records are kept, analysed, evaluated and that performance data is maintained via online portal and Microsoft excel.
- Identify any issues based on premature product durability and possible issues with under inflation or other potential issues which effect the efficiency of our products supplied.
- Maintain an open friendly and considerate relationship with our customers to assist them in achieving cost savings and efficiency using our Tyre products, service & monitoring.
- Ensure that our customers are provided with positive performance figures due to using our products and service and assist our customers with any concerns they may have about our service.
- Bring forward any issues that may affect our business relationship or our product efficiency to management.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in the tyre industry or logistics/transport is an advantage although on the job training will be provided.
- Knowledge about tyre products, sizes, brands, & tyre performance issues is an advantage although on the job training will be provided.
- Valid Driver’s license
- Proficient computer skills, particularly using excel and outlook.
- Ability to communicate with all levels in a friendly courteous manner and able to maintain great customer relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management, organization & attention to detail.

This is a full-time role with a varying workload demand each week, this person will need to be willing to travel frequently and able to manage, coordinate and priorities their workload according to demands & deadlines.
