About You

Are you passionate about sustainability and possess a strong understanding of building automation and performance management? We are seeking a talented and motivated Sustainability Solutions Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and reach net-zero emissions. Highly detail-oriented with a love of continuous learning and solving challenges, you are courteous and organised, have a strong work ethic, and thrive on achieving goals.

Duties will include (but not be limited to)

• Collaborate with our clients from different industries to understand their specific sustainability needs and challenges for their organisations.
• Assist clients with understanding and complying with relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
• Assist our clients in managing sustainability projects and initiatives from inception to completion. 
• Guide clients in data collection, reporting, and verification to track their progress towards sustainability goals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they implement their sustainability plans.
• Oversee reporting and communication of sustainability performance to stakeholders. 
• Champion sustainability initiatives and advocate for the company on sustainability issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into product development, operations, and marketing. 
• Assist in developing and implementing customised Sustainability Solutions leveraging our industry-leading integrated building technologies and software suite.
• Stay current on industry trends and best sustainability practices.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or a related field. Experience in B2B field is preferred.
• Experience with relevant sustainability standards and regulations (e.g., LEED, Green Star).
• Strong understanding of building automation and performance management principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
