We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The role will report directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing & overseeing the Food & Beverage department including day to day operations across 5 outlets.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the F&B team in creating memorable hotel experiences for guests
• Oversee the operations and standards of Banquet Operations, ABODE Bistro Bar, BARKERS restaurant, In-room Dining and Club Lounge. This includes rostering, hiring, performance management
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to create & implement budgets and business strategies to achieve targets
• Responsible for ensuring operating expenses are managed in line with budget
• Drive a culture built on trust and of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation.
• Leading, developing and mentoring all Food & Beverage leaders & Associates 

 Ideally you will have:

• A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
• An outgoing, vibrant and professional attitude
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage budgets/ costing
• A strong understanding of Food and Beverage service and culinary trends 
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 4 - 5-star hotel environment
• Inspirational leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
