Job DescriptionWe are searching for a talented
Food and Beverage Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our
Food and Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and bar management as well as conference and events, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities:- Manage all Food and Beverage operations, including but not limited to: restaurants, bars, conferences, events and room service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure high standards of Food and Beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails along with passion for delivering outstanding food experiences.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively.
