Reports to: General Manager

Overview:

Managing Food and Beverage operations including function/events venues and bistro.

Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.

The position description is as below:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service are provided.
• Establish, monitor and maintain F&B rosters & costs in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organisation.
• Ensure company policies are adhered to in relation to purchasing of goods, stocktakes, policies and procedures.
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising guest-centric personnel.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Attend weekly operations meetings, to ensure clear communication.
• Any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
• At Least 2yrs experience in a similar role
• Available to work nights and weekends
