AddressVentia are currently looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Defence contact to assist with our US Marine and exercise surge activities - We currently have vacancies at Robertson Barracks and Howard Springs. We are looking for a dynamic 'hands-on' leader who is up for the challenge of guiding and supporting a strong Food and Beverage team to build on a growing reputation and achieve excellence in service standards by leading from the front.

Immediate start until November 2024
Your duties will also include:
- Co-ordinate the monthly bar & beverage stocktake, complete reports accurately & submit as per the end of month time schedule/calendar issued.
- Control, monitor & complete weekly rosters, in conjunction with F&B Staff ensure these rosters fall within budgetary constraint & contractual requirements.
- Attend & conduct regular pre-starts.
- Input of all meal pass data into actual/forecast spreadsheet in a timely manner.
- Ensure that messes are completing the buffet compliance & all toolboxes etc are uploaded into IMS

- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and IMS (or similar integrated management system).
- Strong planning and organisational skills and proven experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Food Safety for Supervisors certification (training provided by employer) desirable.
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to high standards of customer service.
