The Role |
You will have shared responsibility with supporting our team of champions in providing consistent, high quality food and beverages for our customers.
- Assisting with the day to day operations within a cafe setting
- Providing exceptional customer service and building a strong rapport with our customers and team
- Ability to support the team of Baristas during peak periods
- Keep a clean and organised workspace whilst adhering to our OHS and Food Safety guidelines
- Possess a strong understanding of cafe/restaurant style of service
- Understanding of computer based systems
- Ability to operate a register and handle cash/eftpos transactions
About You |
- Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous for success
- Barista skills are essential
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays and seasonal periods
- Work effectively with other departments to ensure our customers have access to the best of the best and keep coming back for more
- Must be able to prioritise your day-to-day work, show initiative and enthusiasm
- Be with us on the journey by sharing your ideas, listening to others and assisting the brand to grow to the best food emporium in Australia
