The Grand Golf Club, a private member only golfing facility with dining and bar facilities is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, with an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail.
This is a full time position including weekend work.
You must have:
- A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, looking to further your career in hospitality.
- A high focus on Customer Service, creating a welcome environment and positive experiences for club members and guests.
- Work as a team leader with the ability to successfully lead and develop an exceptional team, maintaining and monitoring high standards of service including table service, beverage dispense and service and coffee making.
- Other duties will include assisting with staff rosters and stock control and training will be given in line with the requirements of the Club.
- You must be an Australian Resident and have a current RSA Certificate
