In this role you will:
- In liaison with F&B management leaders, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar, Conferencing and In Room Dining operations
- Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests’ expectations and Heartist Service philosophy
- Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations, events.
- Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
- Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
- Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies
