• Manage the front of house team for breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Drive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for quality

• Ensure all compliance with contract and service standards is maintained leading to smooth day to day operations
• Drive exceptional customer service
• Rostering and people management

The Person:

• Previous experience in a leadership and people management role including rostering and budgets
• HACCP Food handling experience
• Strong awareness and Management of allergens in a food service environment.
• Proven ability to leading and managing a team with great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager.
