Seeking a driven and experienced Food & Beverage professional with experience in the Hotel sector ready to jump into an F&B Management role.
Role & Requirements
- Oversee the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, including Beer Garden, Restaurant, In Room Dining, Mini Bar, Conference & Events
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team - currently approximately 15 in the team.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work within budgeted guidelines
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Incentives team members to maximise sales and revenue
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Working closely with the General Manager on forecasting and budgeting.
Skill & Experience
- Professional attitude, a foodie, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry
- Knowledge of financial statements and good reporting/financial acumen
- Positive attitude
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
