Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint an energetic and enthusiasticFood & Beverage Manager to join our team at Sushi Sushi the Sunshine Coast Airport.

Previous Kitchen experience is required, but we teach you all you need to know about the production of Sushi
As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and will take a hands-on approach working alongside a team of 6 staff.
This role will suit the type of person who thrives on good old-fashioned customer service, who leads by example and can manage and build a cohesive team.
In this position, you will
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained throughout the production process.
• Provide clear direction to a staff on shift
• Manage staff operations including rostering & labour management
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
You will be required to work 38 hours across a 5 day working week including early mornings, weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
Who we are looking for:
• Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year) is essential
• Ability to supervise staff and show exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to work across the entire week, including weekends
• Honesty and reliability
