Complete Staff Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of Metso, a leading industrial company. We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join the team as an Administration / Production Support Officer at the Ballina Foundry. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Answering and managing phone calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Front reception duties: Manage front desk operations.
Data entry and maintenance of records: Accurate and timely entry of information into databases, ensuring data integrity.
Providing support to dispatch operations: Assist in coordinating the dispatch of products and ensuring smooth logistics.
Organising and managing documentation: Maintain organised and accessible records for easy retrieval.
Booking and coordinating transport logistics: Facilitate transportation arrangements for products and materials.
Efficient use of Excel, Word, Teams, and SAP software.
Requirements:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams).
Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage.
Previous experience in a Production Support role.
Forklift ticket will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) requirements: Demonstrate understanding and adherence to workplace safety standards.
