They are looking for an ambitious, self-starter and determined Financial Analyst to their dynamic and growing team. The role will provide accounting support to the APAC Finance team in the areas of acquisition integration, system and process improvements and internal controls compliance.

Description
- Prepare and submit regional financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including analysis of Actuals against Budget
- Support the country finance teams in completing all required monthly submissions, including KPI reporting and cash flows
- Assist the country finance teams with the preparation of finance and operational reports
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based models and templates for gathering budget and forecast data from the country finance teams
- Assist with loading data into the budgeting system and troubleshoot system problems which may arise
- Prepare regular updates of regional cashflow forecasts
- Continuously seek to improve the planning and reporting workflow and processes
- Provide support for business case preparation as required
- Prepare detailed forecasts, recommendations and supporting reports
- Support the teams with rollouts of new systems / processes as needed (ex: new modules in JD Edwards or new reporting requirements)
- Support the strengthening and alignment of finance controls to the global standard
- Maintain checklists/timetables for accounting staff that define the actions and reports required
Profile
- Finance / Accounting professional with 4yrs+ experience
- Working towards CA/CPA or fully qualified.
- Advanced Excel skills with proven experience of working with large Excel based financial models
- Ability to liaise across large geographically and culturally disparate groups
- Understanding of IFRS accounting
- A self-starter with the drive, determination and commitment to get things done
- Well organised and good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
