The Carpet Call and Solomons Flooring organisation, Australia's best known retail floor coverings group, is seeking a dynamic individual to manage and expand its NSW/ACT franchise network.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- The role is autonomous
- Disciplined, self-motivated and organised to perform well
- Management structure is flat and streamlined, with each state having a respective franchise manager to manage their network
- Reporting directly to the National Franchise Manager. Each state has support admin and operational staff, but in the main, the network's health and growth is the responsibility of the franchise manager
- Expanding and growing the NSW network and recruit new franchise members is a major responsibility of this role
- Proven track record in managing and importantly growing a retail network
Skills and experience
- Flooring sales or operational management is a clear advantage
- Franchise management experience is a clear advantage
- Professional manager, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Build rapport and develop strong, long term business relationships
- Establish growth in client accounts
- Experience in growing a network
- Franchise recruiting experience welcomed
