Job Overview
This role manages investigation and fraud detection within travel claims in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for investigating, managing and preventing fraud.
You will conduct investigations in order to detect fraud and communicate findings, analysis and trends to relevant stakeholders regularly. You will build strong investigation concepts and identify potential risks.
Responsibilities
Preventing and detecting fraud across travel claims
Conduct investigations and interviews to determine findings
Provide an efficient and transparent communication of your findings with stakeholders
Investigate complex suspicious claims or suspicious insurance related activities
Strategic thinking, identify potential risks and build fraud detection capabilities
Candidate Profile
Fraud Prevention and Fraud Detection skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant certifications or qualifications in fraud prevention or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in General Insurance Investigations
