We stand as the cornerstone for Group Fraud Management services (GFMS), unwavering in our commitment to protecting our customer's monetary assets from fraud & financial Losses.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Proactively identify and address potential loopholes with strategic precision
- Extract insights from data, revelling the discovery of emerging fraud trends
- Explore the psychology behind fraudulent and customer behaviour to drive innovation in rules and elevate customer outcomes
- Embrace the purposeful and dynamic nature of fraud analysis and analytics, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth
- Acquire knowledge and intricacies of relevant business units, consistently seeking avenues for continuous improvement together
We are interested in hearing from people who have
- Demonstrated experience working in roles involving data analysis, Insights and Analytics or similar background
- An analytical mindset, showcasing resourcefulness in creative problem solving
- Ability to understand fraudster and customer behaviour, leveraging psychology to drive innovative rule ideas.
- Proven experience working with SQL to extract and manipulate data from complex datasets
- SAS programming experience is desirable but not mandatory,
- BI Visualisation Tools experience such as Tableau is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders for enhanced outcomes
- Tertiary education in a quantitative disciplines such as Actuarial science, applied mathematics, Statistics, Computing Science, Data Science etc.
