My client, a Market Access Consultancy, are looking for Freelance Market Access professionals to join their dynamic and innovative team. As a member of the Market Access team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure products and services are accessible to patients, providers, and payers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to navigate complex market dynamics, negotiate contracts, and overcome barriers to access. - Develop and execute Market Access strategies to optimise product reimbursement and ensure market penetration
- Identify and engage key stakeholders including payers, providers, and regulatory bodies to influence policy and secure favorable coverage and reimbursement
- Lead contract negotiations with payers and healthcare providers to establish mutually beneficial agreements
- Analyse market trends, payer policies, and healthcare regulations to inform Market Access strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, and finance to align Market Access initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate Market Access performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Market Access, healthcare consulting, or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, payer landscape, and reimbursement mechanisms.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and relationship management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
