This position will have responsibility for the following:
- ASIC corporate compliance / Annual company statements
- Lodgement of tax returns
- Answer incoming calls, meet & greet clients
- Monitor office email & calendar
- Manage daily mail
- Assist in organising local office functions
- Order office supplies
- Ensure office is paperless - scanning/archiving and returning records
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word and Microsoft Suite
- Professional etiquette and customer service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and is a team player
- Ideally you will have more than 2 years of Administration experience in a professional services environment
- Like structure and process!
