  • Hourly Rate: $24.93 - $30.20 negotiable on experience + casual loading + Super

The role:

With your passion for customer service and as the first point of contact for visitors to Links Seaside Wollongong, you will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Extensive customer service experience in a customer facing role
  • Flexible availability for weekend & evening shifts (3pm- 10:30pm)
  • Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Demonstrated strengths in the area of planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
  • An understanding of the needs of older people
