Job Description:
Highfield Private Hotel is currently seeking a motivated and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel's reservation system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area and lobby.
- Ensure the security of guest information and belongings by following hotel procedures.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
