Job Overview: We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional, calm, and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage the day-to-day schedule for the team
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
- Help create resumes for job seekers to allow them to find employment
- Data entry

Skills and requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
