About you
- Energetic, efficient, empathetic and patient focused.
- Ability to multi-task, manage a busy workflow and remain calm under pressure.
- Competent with computers and a variety of I.T. applications.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
- Always striving for excellence in customer service, with a keen desire to learn and grow.
- The successful candidate must be willing to travel between both our Golden Square and Castlemaine clinics.
- 2+ years experience in an administrative/reception role an advantage.
