Front Of House / Personal Assistant

Are you looking for a creative, fun and vibrant place to work? 

Ash Croker, director and owner of The Salon by Ash Croker is a L'Oreal Ambassador and Hairdresser looking for an administrative whizz to look after her personal tasks and also be the Front of House of her salon.

You'll be working full days Wed-Fri and some Tuesdays or Saturdays required.

Tasks you'll be required to do, but not limited to:

Front of House:

• Greeting clients 
• Booking appointments 
• Manning the phones and emails
• Checking out clients 
• Stock management 
• Reporting

Assistant to Ash:

• Travel arrangements
• Personal tasks like dry cleaning, paying bills, etc
• Calendar management
• Organising and managing personal appointments 

About you:

You are positive, confident in making decisions and thinking quickly on your feet. You are obsessed with organising and managing tasks, life admin in particular. You love to be apart of a team and taking on any task that is thrown your way.
