We are seeking a full-time Front Office/Receptionist to join our small and friendly team.

About the Position
If you have experience in the following areas,
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration/reception role;
- Exceptional Oral & Written skills in dealing with parents, citizens, and service providers;
- Experience in dealing with WHS issues;
- Demonstrated ability to perform administration functions with a high level of accuracy and competency;
- Proven ability in exercising attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion and taking initiatives;
- Demonstrated experience of working with Microsoft Office/Google suite, along with data entry.
- First Aid and CPR training/knowledge
Desirable
- Speak, Read and Write Arabic fluently
- Working experience in a school environment or similar;
- Event and Hospitality Management;
- Australian citizenship or permanent resident of Australia
- Have a Right to Work in Australia Visa
