We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office receptionist who is also able to assist with housekeeping and our café.
Duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service at the Front Office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the park and assisting with all aspects of their stay.
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance over the phone and via email.
- Assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the Park.
- Assisting with the operations of the Park including housekeeping and the café.
RAC Cervantes Holiday Park is just two hours from Perth, and walking distance to the nearby beach, with a huge range of coastal activities waiting for you to explore. The famous Pinnacles are within a short drive, and walking trails and other outdoor pursuits will fill your days off with adventure!
What we are looking for
RAC is an iconic brand that resembles trust and integrity within the community and we are looking for someone that can reflect these qualities. In addition to this you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Previous experience in reception in a caravan park or accommodation
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous experience using NewBook essential.
- Ability to work on their own and flexibility to work in different areas of the property such as Housekeeping and the Café
