Front Office Coordinator!
Permanent Position - Full Time (Monday - Friday, No Weekends)

Smart Orthodontics is a long-established Orthodontic practice in South Australia, providing specialist orthodontic services to patients across the city, suburban and rural locations. We are committed to providing high quality orthodontic treatment in a friendly and caring environment.
We are looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator to join our vibrant team and play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our door.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally, scheduling appointments efficiently and effectively.
Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries with courtesy and clarity.
Manage patient flow, ensuring smooth transitions between appointments.
Completing patient correspondence for the specialist Orthodontist.
Managing incoming and outgoing referrals and patient letters.
Manage patient contracts and quotes.
Handle financial transactions accurately and confidentially.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Manage administrative tasks, including patient recalls, filing and data entry.
Support the clinical team as needed, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
This role is predominantly located at our Stepney practice with some travel to Gawler, with compensation and allowances to support.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience as a receptionist in the healthcare sector or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanour.
