Secrets on the Lake is a luxury treehouse resort located just a few minutes from Montville in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We operate 13 cabins and our award-winning cafe and restaurant, Dining on the Deck is open for breakfast and lunch from 8am-4pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
As a Front Office Guest Services and Administration Officer, you will:
- Have previous Front Office / reception / reservations hands-on customer service experience.
- Manage the check in / out process (and everything in between).
- Assist with guest inquiries (face-to-face, telephone and email).
- Assist other departments as required.
- Post to our social media accounts.
- Professional and personable and can-do attitude.
- You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & phone skills.
- Permanent position, preferably 5 days per week with a minimum of 1 weekend day per week, days and hours are negotiable for the right candidate. Please do not apply if you are not available to work weekends.
