Job Description
- Ensuring that cabin & site allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures
- Supervising Reception
- Management and support of Holiday Park team, including rosters,
coaching & training - Utilise previous Front Office management experience to oversee daily operations with finesse.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational challenges.
- Liaise with third parties, including booking agencies and
maintenance, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role (Front Office management/supervisor is preferred)
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work full time (mostly Monday - Friday, however some weekend work may be required from time to time)
- An excellent understanding of reservations processes
- Discretion with guest interactions.
- Great attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
- The ability to think creatively and be a proactive self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
- Must have drivers’ licence and reliable car
- Experience working with Newbook is preferred
- First Aid Certificate ideal
