We are seeking a friendly professional with a warm and engaging smile to welcome our guests at Big4 Mildura Getaway. 

Job Description

  • Ensuring that cabin & site allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures
  • Supervising Reception
  • Management and support of Holiday Park team, including rosters,
    coaching & training
  • Utilise previous Front Office management experience to oversee daily operations with finesse.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational challenges.
  • Liaise with third parties, including booking agencies and
    maintenance, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role (Front Office management/supervisor is preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work full time (mostly Monday - Friday, however some weekend work may be required from time to time)
  • An excellent understanding of reservations processes
  • Discretion with guest interactions.
  • Great attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
  • The ability to think creatively and be a proactive self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Outlook
  • Must have drivers’ licence and reliable car
  • Experience working with Newbook is preferred
  • First Aid Certificate ideal
