The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Front Office Manager to join our team at RAC Karri Valley Resort. As the Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's front desk and guest services. You will be responsible for leading and supervising the Front Office team, overseeing daily operations, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
· Ensuring a high degree of customer service at the Front Office, providing all guests a warm welcome to the resort, and assisting with all aspects of their stay
· Driving effective leadership to ensure Front Office team members are engaged, enabled, and empowered to deliver RAC members and guests with excellent standards of guest services at the Resort.
· Being knowledgeable of and abiding by property rules, security systems, fire, health and safety and emergency procedures.
· Develop and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment necessary for Front Office operations.
· Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other relevant metrics for management review.
About the location
RAC Karri Valley Resort is in the beautiful Southwest region of WA, approximately 3.5 hours’ drive from Perth and 15 minutes from Pemberton. The resort offers a range of accommodation to suit all travellers, including stunning lakeside rooms, forest chalets, and campsites. The resort is located on the edge of Lake Beedelup and surrounded by Karri trees in the Beedelup National Park.

· Previous experience in Front Office, reception, or reservations
· Experience in managing and training a small team.
· Newbook (guest reservation system) experience preferred but not essential.

· Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
