The Role
Reporting directly to the property Operations Manager, you will be leading and supporting a customer service focused team and overseeing all aspects of day-to-day Front Office/reservations operation, so it runs like clockwork. You can use your own initiative and draw from your past expertise and experience to develop the team and ensure vast knowledge of the local area and property.
Duties
- Managing a Front Office/reservations team to ensure high standards of customer service
- Ensuring all guests are assisted in a timely manner
- Being a point of contact for enquiries and a having a wealth of knowledge on the facilities and surrounding area
- Managing trade partnerships with external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of tours and manifests
- Onboarding, training and developing your team
- Effectively manage guest feedback and handle conflict
Skills & Experience
- Experience in scheduling using FareHarbour Management system.
- Ability to communicate through the team standards, policies and procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Managerial experience in a similar role.
- Fantastic customer service.
- A fun, energetic, hardworking and lively personality!
- An admiration for living in remote, natural environment.
