Argo is looking for an Experience Hotel Receptionist, we are located in the heart of Wollongong.

We are looking for a Permanent Part-time Front Office Receptionist to join our team. 

 The Role

  • Providing a high standard of customer service to guests
  • Process guest check-ins & Check-outs, confirming reservations, issuing, and providing room keys
  • Process accommodation payments
  • Answer and respond to guest calls
  •  Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness for check-in
  • Conduct Room Checks for arriving guests
  • Maintain reception area presentation
  • Supply local information to guests with directions, information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Complete daily task and reports 

 

The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Experience as a receptionist, ideally in hospitality
  • A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional customer service skills; including friendly customer service demeanour
  • Capability to remain calm and controlled when multitasking 
  • Ability to take initiative, posses strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service
  •  
  • Exceptional personal presentation and grooming 
  • Available Weekends and Public Holidays
