Argo is looking for an Experience Hotel Receptionist, we are located in the heart of Wollongong.
We are looking for a Permanent Part-time Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
The Role
- Providing a high standard of customer service to guests
- Process guest check-ins & Check-outs, confirming reservations, issuing, and providing room keys
- Process accommodation payments
- Answer and respond to guest calls
- Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness for check-in
- Conduct Room Checks for arriving guests
- Maintain reception area presentation
- Supply local information to guests with directions, information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Complete daily task and reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a receptionist, ideally in hospitality
- A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills; including friendly customer service demeanour
- Capability to remain calm and controlled when multitasking
- Ability to take initiative, posses strong organisational and time management skills
- A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming
- Available Weekends and Public Holidays
