About the role:
Fulfilment Centre Supervisor will assist the coordinator in day to day operational requirements within the Laverton Nth Fulfilment Centre. The role will specifically involve coaching and leading the picking team in meeting all timelines and KPIs.

- Coach the team on the right service behaviours
- Assist with inducting and training the team
You’ll need:
- Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
- An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team
