This is a Permanent role with 100% work from home while supporting a successful Brisbane based business – Work Life Balance – Both Full-Time and Part-Time working hours will be considered.
Here’s what our ideal candidate looks like:
- Experienced - you know your way around multiple development toolkits, continuous delivery platforms and know how to get the most out of them. You’re also a smart developer with plenty of coding experience, who can be thrown into some complex projects. If you have a background in leading solution development teams that’s even better.
- Adaptable - you’re comfortable context switching between different technologies on a regular basis. You can become proficient with new technologies quickly.
- Curious - you’re always striving to see how you can build better solutions for your clients, with a strong drive to learn and use emerging technologies and development approaches.
- Reliable - you can be depended on to get things done and can work independently or effectively as part of a team.
- Personable – you can engage in a variety of conversations with our clients and make a good impression. You come across as professional but friendly and can inspire trust in yourself and our team.
Your technical skills and experience:
- At least 3-4 years of broad developer experience
- Solid understanding of three tier architectural patterns and the complexities that come with them, such as AuthN/AuthZ, end to end logging.
- Ability to design and architect scalable solutions.
- Highly developed C# skills with an emphasis on clean, supportable code (C# skills are mandatory)
- Client-side development, preferably in React/Typescript
- Strong background designing and building performant data solutions, such as SQL Server or Cosmos DB
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Products and Services or AWS
- Experience in either Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SharePoint is highly desirable.
- An innate “solutions” mindset with an ability to present creative options
