Surrounded by beautiful bushland, native wildlife, and an 18 hole golf course currently undergoing extensive renovations, Country Club hosts 7 different dinning options from café/ pizzeria to fine dining.
What’s the role?
As a Full Time Sous chef, you will have an enthusiastic and passionate attitude towards food while providing customers with a memorable experience. Working in a team that delivers made to order meals that are quick, fresh, and ignite the taste buds of our guests.
Our next Sous Chef isn't afraid to embrace a playful and unique approach to cooking. As a key player in our dynamic team of chefs, you'll lead and inspire with finesse, and assist in the day to day operations of the Watergarden kitchen.
You will have a fiery passion for food and a desire of the culinary arts, a creative mindset that transforms ordinary dishes into picture worthy dishes and strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate our culinary team.
What you will need to succeed in the role
• Dedicated to experience, detail, and service delivery
• Relevant trade qualifications (Certificate III In commercial cookery or above)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrated skills in training and coaching others and strong supervisory experience
• Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster
• Unlimited work rights in Australia
